Commercial Buildings Award

In the annual FMB Master Builder of the Year Awards A.D. Ward & Son Ltd. have received a certificate of excellence and been declared the South West region winner in the commercial buildings catagory for the new specialist disabled classroom facilities, and play surface, designed and built at Vranch House School in Exeter.

The new classroom, completed in the summer of 2001, will now go forward as the South West's entry in it's catagory at the National Awards.

A.D.Ward & Son Ltd. have, over the last seven years been working closely with Colonel Graeme Wheeler, the school's Cheif Executive, on the school's refurbishment plans with at least one major project being carried out during the school summer holidays each year. The next phase will be the refurbishment of another classroom this summer.
