Health & Safety

As a firm which has been in business for 35 years, we pride ourselves on our Health & Safety record and we have had no orders or works stopped by the HSE.

Our Health & Safety Policy is available for inspection at our offices, and we are fully conversant with and set up to work under the new CDM Regulations.

We employ the services of an independant Safety Consultant, who regularly visits our sites and implements any changes required to comply with current regulations. We would welcome any inspection of our Health & Safety procedures, and have recently been commended by the HSE for the way we inplemented CDM Regulations during a refurbishment of Sidmouth Hospital for Exeter Health Authority.

Neal Ward, the Managing Director, is the holder of a CITB Site Managers Safety Certificate.

Neal Ward, the Managing Director and Brian Rowe, the Site Manager both hold a First Aid appointed persons certificate.
